Born in Germany, Regina found Yoga in her own Teenage years. Following an international Executive Marketing Career, working in Germany, the UK, US and Australia, she was guided by her passion and started Yogazeit with the goal to make the mental and physical health benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness accessible to those in need. Yogazeit translates into YogaTime – acknowledging the importance of taking the time to support Health and Wellbeing.
Regina has introduced thousands of children, teachers, school communities and seniors playfully and safely to trauma informed Yoga and Mindfulness. Certified with Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance she facilitates evidence-based Trainings and Professional Development for anyone interested in supporting the Health and Wellbeing for the Young and Young at Heart.
Her vision is that one day there will be an integration and collaboration of education and yoga/mindfulness in all Schools and Aged Care facilities across Australia empowering bodies and minds with tools to support physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Having worked as exclusive Trainer for Yoga Ed. in Australia and New Zealand from 2018 through the COVID-19 pandemic until early 2021, Regina also holds tertiary degrees in Business, Marketing and Human Resources Management. She’s a certified Life Coach specialising in Executive/Business and Health and Wellness coaching. Fascinated by Neuroscience and the mental Health benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness practices she advances her skills and knowledge with ongoing study.
Registered with Yoga Alliance she’s an E-RYT, RCYT and YACEP. Regina volunteers at local Youth Group organisations and community centres and supports the Yoga Australia Yoga for Children Committee. She’s a Board Member of ACHPER WA and is a Mentor at the Career Pathways Mentoring 2 Work Program . She’s a mum of three amazing little humans and loves exploring Australia’s outback and underwater world.
