Enjoy 60 – 90 minutes yoga and mindfulness in a small group

Perfect for mothers groups, a group of colleagues, friends or a circle of like-minded people who like to benefit from an individual approach.

Class planning will take your individual needs and group focus into account and all classes are carefully and mindfully prepared. I’m also happy to offer mum’s & bubs classes.

Having three little children of my own I appreciate the benefits of yoga & mindfulness and am passionate about sharing some of the tools and ideas I have gained on my journey. 


Minimum 3, maximum 8 people.

Possible group-settings:

  • Seniors (mat or chair yoga)
  • Children /Teenagers (a group of friends practicing together)
  • Work Colleagues
  • Mums Groups
  • Girlfriends
  • Like-minded people

Classes can be held at a secure venue, in a park or at your home.


Integrating yoga into your regular workout program is beneficial on many levels. It can help prevent injury, relax muscles and keep you flexible. Furthermore, the benefits of reduced stress and increased oxygen levels can give you an overall sense of wellbeing that can come deliciously addictive in a good way.

However, joining group yoga classes can feel intimidating or just not suit your current lifestyle. Private yoga classes allow you to get a tailored program suiting your individual needs, body and mind.
