About Mindful Movement Education
Our Mindful Movement courses are thoughtfully written by teachers, for teachers and anyone working with children and adolescents. We educate and empower educators, Yoga teachers, health professionals, parents, teens and children youth with Yoga and Mindfulness classes, online programs, training, and professional development courses founded on the principles of education, ethics and research.
Professional Learning | Tools for Teachers
If you work with children or teenagers, you’ll know that sitting still is not always an option. This is where Mindful Movement Brain Breaks can help you change the classroom dynamics.
With short 3-15min curriculum aligned mindful movement breaks you can support learning ready states (‘lighting up the brain’), foster social-emotional learning, reduce stress and anxiety, help with transitions, regulate behaviour – all while also supporting the teachers’ health and wellness.
Professional Learning Information
Facilitated at your school or workplace, this training empowers you to independently facilitate short 3-15min Mindful Movement based Brain Breaks. Aligned with the Australian Curriculum and Health and National Health and Wellbeing Framework.

No prior background or previous experience is required for our training – only a passion for mindfulness, education, and the health and wellness of children and teens.

Children's Yoga Teacher Training
Help students aged 3 -12 to connect body, mind and breath in an engaging, fun and age-appropriate way. You will empower their physical and mental strength and fitness, and build social cohesion while planting the seeds for a lifelong journey of health and wellness.
Teacher Training Information
This 30 hour certified Children’s Yoga Teacher Training will equip you with the skills needed to teach safe, meaningful and engaging Yoga and Mindfulness to young people aged 3 – 12.
During this Yoga Alliance certified, evidence-based training with a trauma sensitive focus you’ll learn how to support children with Breathing techniques, Movement (Yoga), Games and Relaxation to empower mental, physical and social Health and Wellness. One breath at a time.

Online Learning
Online Learning gives teachers the skills to facilitate short fun and engaging 3-15min Mindfulness and Movement based brain breaks in your classroom, supporting your students (and yourself!) with mentally healthy skills. This six hour online training includes a Curriculum with evidence-based accessible classroom Mindfulness and Movement skills including:
- Calming and energising Breathing exercises
- (Chair) Yoga – perfect for classroom environments
- Plus ready-to-use lesson plans
- Bonus Teacher Wellbeing Class!
