SCHOOL INCURSIONS –
YOGA | MINDFULNESS | MOVEMENT
A Yoga and Mindfulness Incursion is the perfect addition to your school term. Whether you’re looking to complement your ‘Wellness Week’ activities, are looking for professional and trained Yoga Educators to introduce your students to Mindfulness and/or Yoga and Movement or wish to support your school with Mental Health Initiatives.
Customised to meet your objective, our team of highly skilled Yoga Educators (trained in evidence-based Yoga and Mindfulness practices customised to meet Australian Schools) will support your students (or staff!) with a one-off Incursion, whole school / whole day Program or individual class sessions.
Your Incursions can include:
- Mindfulness and/or Mindful Movement Incursion (all year levels)
- Yoga Incursion (all year levels)
- My Mind Matters Incursion (includes making Mind Jars with the classroom)
- Introduction to Mindfulness
- Mindfulness and Movement for All Abilities (Special Needs Program with a focus on sensory activities)
- Kindy / Early Childhood Incursion (playful and age appropriate)
- Professional Development Workshops for staff (as part of staff meetings or PD Days)
- Staff Wellness Class
- Talks on the benefits of Mindfulness at High School (interactive and engaging)
- Talks for Education Students at University (Teachers to be) on Self-care and Breathing techniques
All our Programs have been designed by Australian Teachers for Australian Schools and include:
Breathing and Movement tools to develop self-awareness and enhance social, physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing;
Mindfulness and Movement to develop focus and concentration in order to enhance learning and achievement;
Fun, Joy and Success for children and teens in physical activities
Tailored Lesson Plans to meet your objective
Varies – depending on your needs and budget available.
Upcoming Kids and Teens Yoga Classes
Mindful Yoga for Teens and Young Adults (ages 13+)
Supporting mental and physical Health and Wellness with nurturing Yoga and Mindfulness. Focus on this classes is stress-release and body-mind strengthening. With thanks to the City of Fremantle. Strictly limited spots. Enrolment essential.
These classes are offered throughout February, March, May and June 2021.
Kids Yoga and Mindful Art School Holiday Workshop
Yoga, Mindfulness and Art to support growing bodies and minds during April School Holidays. Strictly limited spots. Enrolment essential.
Choose from a 1 day Workshop or 2 day Yogi Retreat.

Through our evidence based programs, tween girls will not only learn how to support their wellbeing with yoga and mindfulness, improve confidence and resilience, they also feel uplifted and empowered by a culture of kindness and support - the perfect start to the summer break. Part of Project Making Mindful Movement Matter these 45min classes support young bodies and minds with tools to develop self-awareness, emotion-regulation and combat anxiety and provide a platform to destress.

TEENS YOGA and MINDFULNESS - Term 2
Part of the fully funded Project Making Mindful Movement Matter the 60min classes for Adolescents have a strong focus on Mindfulness and Meditation techniques supported by Yoga to strengthen and stretch growing bodies and minds.
